You can enter your desired order quantity in the Order Placement Interface.

Here's how to modify or cancel your order (note: PCBs are custom-made, so cancellation/refund isn't possible once production starts):

Modify:
Before production: Contact our support with your order number and desired changes (e.g., Gerber files, quantity). We'll confirm feasibility.
Once production starts: Modifications can't be done.

Cancel:
Before payment/production: Log into your account → "My Orders" → Cancel the order (full refund if paid).
After production starts: No cancellation or refund available.

Strict Access Controls
Our internal system limits file access to a need-to-know basis. Every team member handling your data undergoes regular security training and is bound by strict confidentiality agreements. We never share, sell, or disclose your files or design details to any third party without your explicit consent.

Data Retention Policy
Your Gerber files will be retained only for the duration necessary to process your quotation and fulfill your order (if you proceed). Upon your request, we can permanently delete all your data from our systems once the project is completed.

Compliance & Audits
We adhere to international data protection standards (including GDPR principles for EU clients) and conduct regular security audits to ensure our protocols remain robust against evolving threats.

If you have additional requirements—such as signing a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for your project—please let us know, and we'll be happy to accommodate this to further protect your intellectual property.

Logistics and After-Sales Issues
We typically ship via DHL Express under the DAP (Delivered at Place) incoterm. This means we'll arrange delivery to your specified destination, and DHL will handle the main transportation process.

Once the shipment arrives, DHL will contact you directly to assist with the local import customs clearance procedures. Please note that as per DAP terms, the import duties, taxes, and any related clearance fees will be your responsibility.

If you have any preferred customs broker or specific instructions for clearance, feel free to share them with us in advance—we can pass this information to DHL to facilitate a smoother process.

If you have PCB quality claim, please don't worry. We have a clear resolution process:

① Send us your order number + photos/videos of the problem (to confirm the cause);
② Our team will verify within 24h. If it's our production fault, we'll either re-make the boards for free (cover all costs) or process a refund;
③ If it's a design/usage issue, our engineers can also help with troubleshooting.

Just share the details with us, and we'll handle it quickly!

Yes, you can check the production progress easily:

① Log in to your account → Go to "Producing" → Find your order to see the real-time progress bar (updated every 12h).
② If you want proactive updates, tell us your preferred way (email/SMS), and we'll send alerts when production starts/nears completion/ships.

Need a detailed report? Just share your order number, and we'll help right away!

If our engineers find issues with your design files, we'll handle it like this:

① We'll send you a detailed e-mail named "Order Reviewed with Comments" to report within 24h (lists specific issues + marked screenshots);
② Pls check our comments.
③ Once you send revised files, we'll re-review in 12h. Only after confirming no issues will we start production.

No rush, no blind production—we'll keep you in the loop the whole time!
