Because of PCBs are customized products，we accept order cancellation only before the products enter review or production. If the order is cancelled at this stage, you will get full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced or the products have been shipped.
Custom-made order or personalised items are not subject to a 14-day refund right.
If it is because we do not produce according to the customer's gerber file or the customer's requirements for advance remarks, or the production quality does not meet the IPC standards , we will accept claims for refunds or re-production (but not returns). Any claim regarding the said issues must be made in writing, accompanied by supporting evidence, within fourteen (14) days of the date of a receipt of the products. Failure to provide such written claim within this period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the products.
Because the PCBs are custom-made products and each product is produced according to the customer's design gerber file, if the gerber files or remarks provided by the customer are incorrect, resulting in the PCB products we produced failing to meet the customer's requirements, we will not bear any liability, nor will we accept any returns or refunds.
Our liability shall be strictly limited to refund of the purchase price paid for the defective products and re-production of the products. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or production delays.
All refunds will be made via the original payment method or other means decided by us.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
